Returns & Exchanges

At Sutra, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our storywear. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist with returns and exchanges.

7-Day Window
We offer a hassle-free 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags attached.

Exchanges
We offer one free size exchange per order. If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please reach out to our team at hello@getsutra.in or initiate the request via WhatsApp.

Refunds
Refunds for prepaid orders are credited back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with images/videos of the package, and we will dispatch a replacement immediately.
